Description
The City invites Tenders for the provision of the Middlesex Street Conversions of 9 shops and 1 store to residential properties.
The project comprises of:
Infilling of the floor of 9 existing retail units at second floor level to create a separate residential unit above;
the fitting out of the 9 newly created residential units;
the conversion of a 6th floor mess room into a residential unit;
all associated builders work and repairs, including plastering, plumbing, carpentry and re-painting; etc
The removal of asbestos from the 10 units
New gas service and gas meters
