Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide Recruitment Services for Radian who require a number of reliable recruitment agencies to meet their permanent & temporary recruitment requirements.

A detailed description of the service specification is contained in Appendix A. Radian reserves the right to alter this service specification as required.

In a complex legal and regulatory environment, Radian requires providers that take responsibility for achieving:

o Compliance with legislation and regulations;
o 100% eligibility of workers;
o Minimisation of risk, in respect of security, confidentiality, data protection and fraud;
o Diversity and equality of opportunity;
o Reduction in supply chain costs;
o It is a requirement that agency workers are:
o Available where and when they are needed, i.e. that fill rates are high (consistently over 95% for normal working hours)
o An excellent match for the specific job requirement, in terms of ability, experience, qualification, health and attitude;
o Quickly able to fit in and to perform effectively and safely;
o Agency workers adhere to a dress code appropriate to the placement;
o Agency workers operate to Radian standards, values and vision.


Radian is seeking professional providers that thrive on high standards and are able to provide a quality, consistent service. Providers should have an understanding of Radian's corporate values and be prepared to work in partnership with Radian to provide joint efficiencies.

The successful Organisations will also be required to demonstrate a proven track record on delivering similar type contracts along with providing sustainable competitive pricing throughout the term of the contract. The Organisation must have excellent customer service and be able to provide a dedicated account manager.
