Description
The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering for a Cold Hearth Arc Melter.
Scope of Requirement:
We seek to Vacuum Arc Melt and cast a variety of reactive or nonreactive metals in a clean, cold crucible process. Likely materials include titanium alloys, steels, nickel base superalloys, metallic glasses and many more.
