Description

Broxtowe Borough Council wishes to award a contract to a contractor/s to carry out window cleaning services by reference to their suitability and the cost and quality of their bid.
There are three separate Lots and each Lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. Contractors do not have to bid on all Lots.
The three Lots are:
• Lot 1 - Council Offices in Beeston, Nottinghamshire.
• Lot 2 - Sheltered schemes located throughout the Borough of Broxtowe.
• Lot 3 - Hostels located throughout the Borough of Broxtowe.

A Contractor is allowed to win all three Lots. There are no restrictions on the number of Lots Contractors can bid on or win.
The window cleaning services are described in more detail in the Specification at Part 2 and Price List (Part 4).
The contract term will be 1 year with an option of annual extensions for a further three years.
