Description

The Student Loans company has a number of externally facing portals which allow customers including students and repayers to self-serve.
Within SLC, we use a virtual queuing service to control the flow of inbound network traffic. The requirement is to procure a solution which will allow traffic to the portal to be restricted in a way which protects the service while also preserving the user experience as much as possible
