Description
Acivico Limited is a Local Authority Trading Company wholly owned by Birmingham City Council. The council's Cabinet considered a report during their meeting on 11 December 2018 to support the establishment of a new brand identity and company infrastructure from 1 April 2019. As part of this new set up a new Human Resources system will be required. The company is seeking an off the shelf product with minimal if any bespoke customisation.
The company will have up to 150 staff providing a core service of Design, Construction and Facilitates management Services (DCFM), a Building consultancy service with back office support. DCFM and Building consultancy are separate companies operating under a group company structure.
The company is looking for Software as a Service (SAAS) solution utilising UK based data centres and operating with full compliance with GDPR requirements.
Quotes are sought from organisations that have experience of delivering IT systems in small to medium size companies with integration into other third party IT systems and also delivering services to a customer going through significant change to its organisation and property portfolio.
Contract
This contract is due to commence on the 1st April 2019 and run for an initial period of 2 years with the provision to extend for up to an additional 2 years (1 plus 1) subject to requirements and satisfactory performance.
The Council on behalf of Acivico Limited will be using its e-tendering system (In-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
