Construction of a new Confetti CQ Campus (circa 2500M2 GFA) The site is a congested City Centre site and its adjacent neighbours bounding two elevations, Confetti media Group, will be fully operational as both an educational and commercial facility. The Contractor will be expected to deliver a building with a BREEAM rating of excellent. As the site area is compact and in the middle of the City as well as adjacent to confetti media Group, the successful Contractor will need to demonstrate they have experience of and successfully managed similar projects. The successful contractor will be required to adopt, in addition to best Construction practice: - Good neighbour practices, rigorous Health & Safety standards to protect students, staff and visitors, green policies, just in time deliveries, the use of public transport and vehicle sharing. It should be noted there will be no provision for any parking od Contractor vehicles on the site.
