Description

Lot 1 Property - Provision for the material damage cover. This includes various property portfolios such as the corporately occupied buildings and Housing property. The Lot requests additional covers for Bridges, along with various elements of Business Interruption including increased cost in working and gross revenue. Additionally, the lot requests provision for computers, works in progress and money.
Lot 2 - This Lot is for the provision of Employers and Public Liability covers along with Officials Indemnity, Libel and Slander, Professional Indemnity, Fidelity Guarantee and Hirers Liability.
Lot 3 - The Council has a large and varied fleet of vehicles used to carry out its day to day operations. Cover is required as specified
along with Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR).
Lot 4 - The Council seeks personal accident cover for its employees, members and volunteers.
Lot 5 - As part of being a responsible landlord and compliance with relevant Health and Safety Legislation the Council seeks statutory inspection services and associated insurance covers.
Lot 7 - This Lot requires cover for the Council's Leasehold tenants which consists of former right to buy property, along with residential property let on a private basis outside of the Council's housing portfolio. This includes property let by the Councils subsidiary property services company, Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Enterprises (NABCEL).
Lot 8 Industrial and Commercial - This Lot includes all commercially let property owned by the Council. The portfolio varies from retail units to leisure centres.
