Description

Venue Development and Overlay is looking for a qualified team to provide planning, project management, design, production & delivery of the Look of the Games (LOK) and Wayfinding/Signage (SIG) with supplier resources embedded within the OC as required. The Supplier will be responsible for:
•Overall planning of LOK & SIG scope & programme
•Providing embedded resources for design, planning, project management & delivery
•Managing the OC Functional Area resource scoping towards establishing the Look, Wayfinding & Signage scope at each venue, within approved budget and programme constraints, & gain OC sign-off for delivery
•Providing & managing scope through database management software
•Procurement & fabrication/manufacturing
•Design, engineering &regulatory compliance
•Logistics, supply, delivery, storage, installation, assembly, testing, commissioning
•Games operations, maintenance, repair/replacement & support
•Decommissioning; removal, remediation and recycling
