Description
The Isle of Wight council ("the Authority") is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Supplier") to enter into a Framework Agreement for the provision of Housing Management Services on the Isle of Wight.
The services required will consist of housing management and maintenance services, including tenancy, rent collection, arrears management, and maintenance for both day to day, voids and planned works which need to be carried out during the contract period. It requires a 24/7 service 365 days a year call centre service for tenants so that both tenancy and repairs can be dealt with.
The framework will be a single supplier framework and it will only be available to the Authority and any Isle of Wight Town or Parish Council. The framework is to run from 01 April 2020 to 31 March 2024. The Authority intends to call-off its requirements under the framework at the time of the award of the framework agreement. The Authority's Call-Off will be for a duration of four years starting from 01 April 2020. This is a non-exclusive, single supplier Framework Agreement and the Authority reserves the right to use an alternative route to market during the life of the Framework Agreement if it is deemed appropriate. Isle of Wight Town and Parish Councils are eligible to use the framework and may create their own Call-Off Contracts. The Town and Parish Councils eligible to use this framework can be found from this link: http://www.iwight.com/parishcouncils/
Other small Community Led Housing Organisations operating on the Isle of Wight may wish to use the services provided from this Framework but not as named organisations. It is not currently possible to name them or identify a volume that might be purchased. In the event that this is the case then the Isle of Wight Council reserves the right to procure and contract manage on behalf of those organisations.
Please note there is no guarantee that the Isle of Wight Town and Parish Councils will use this Framework Agreement.
