Description

Milton Keynes City Council is considering the comprehensive redevelopment of a site comprising the Brunel Shopping Centre and the associated car park and former Sainsbury Supermarket in Bletchley.

This engagement and the questions are to help establish market opinion in respect of a planned comprehensive redevelopment of a key site in Bletchley town centre. It is a precursor to a future procurement for a development partner to be launched via In-tend in early 2025.
