The Council is awarding a contract for the provision and operation of a coffee shop/café/hot-food takeaway pod (within Use Class A1/A3/A5) with associated external seating area, located in the sunken area in Bournemouth Station Roundabout (the Bear Pit). The offer is for a term of three years with the option of the Council extending it for a further 2 years on yearly extensions.
