Description
Arun District Council is looking for a supplier to print, install, and reinstall any damaged banners for the Council's 32 lamp post banner sites for a 3 year period. This will also include the removal of used banners and in some cases banners will be reused (e.g. Sussex by the Sea and wellbeing related banners), so must be stored and reinstalled as and when required.
The successful company will be expected to undertake routine inspections of the banner sites and replace any damaged banners. Damaged or old banners must be replaced within 3 days of notification. The booking of the lamp post banners will be managed through the employer's Events Officer. On average lamp post banners are changed approximately every 2 weeks according to what event is on in the relevant town. All designs will be completed by employer's design department.
The Employer cannot guarantee the number of banners that would be required each year. The number of banners is dependent on the no of sites being booked to promote events and the level of sponsorship achieved for the scheme.
The Employer will choose the most economically beneficial quote based on responses given to the quality questions and pricing schedule.
