UK Shared Business Services Limited (UK SBS) on behalf of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) invite you to respond to the requirement for Diversity Job Boards.
BEIS is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce representative of the UK working age population. BEIS' current locations are London, Salford, Birmingham, Cardiff and we have a planned expansion in Darlington, Belfast and Edinburgh. As part of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy we are keen to ensure we are attracting diverse talent to help us deliver great outcomes for the public.
We are looking for effective diversity job board(s) to promote BEIS as an inclusive employer and promote job vacancies to potential applicants from different backgrounds, particularly to groups that are underrepresented in BEIS.
All our adverts are placed on Civil Service Jobs and applications are collected through this. We advertised c. 350 recruitment campaigns in 2020 and this year we are on track to exceed this. We are particularly looking to improve representation at senior manager level and above. A large proportion of our roles will be policy or project profession roles, but other significant professions include: analysis, commercial, finance, digital, science and engineering, HR, communications and marketing, business administration and corporate support.
This procurement has been divided into two Lots according to priority areas of candidate attraction, which are:
Lot 1: Women to both entry level and senior roles.
Lot 2: People with a disability or long-term condition.
Our maximum annual budget of £17,000 (excluding VAT) will be shared across both lots for this procurement exercise.
The intention is to appoint one supplier per Lot for an initial 1-year fixed term with the option to extend for a further 1-year.
You may bid for one or both lots. If you intend to bid for both lots, you must submit a separate bid for each lot. Lots will be scored independently of one another and will result in two contracts.
Contracts will be awarded based on evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
Please ensure you review all attached information for a full understanding of this requirement. Attachments can be found in the Stage One: Overview tab within the Delta eSourcing Portal.
