Description

The awarding authority seeks to appoint 2 contractors for the provision of responsive repairs and planned maintenance to its communal lighting, landlord supplies and lightning protection systems to its housing stock within the geographical boundaries (Contract A - north of the borough and Contract B - south of the borough) in the London Borough of Southwark. Each block will require a periodic installation test to be carried out at least once during the lifetime of the contracts. The contracts will include annual tests and responsive repairs to the lightning protection systems and emergency lighting. The contracts will be required to provide a 24/7 365 days response repair service.
