There are times in a child or young person's life when mentoring support may be needed for those facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges for a variety of reasons. These children and young people can be hard to reach with specific vulnerabilities and can have a lack of engagement with statutory services. This service will be a framework agreement to deliver specialist 1:1 mentoring support.
