Description

Pendeen Court is a temporary accommodation unit comprising 29 flats and communal areas. Within the block there is 1 studio apartment, 27 one bedroom flats and 1 two bedroom flat, a laundry, communal space and various storage areas.
There has been no standard refurbishment to any aspect of the block since it was built approximately 30 years ago. The only works carried out on the block are repair works which are still in poor condition, many of the flats do not have heating or electricity in some rooms and there is a damp problem.

It is the client's intention to appoint a contractor to undertake the following works:

o Kitchen replacements
o Bathroom replacements
o Electrical Works
o New fascia's, soffits and rainwater goods
o Re-decoration of the internals
o New doors, internal and communal
o Landscaping and fencing work.
o Joinery work including new built in wardrobes
o Replace flooring to communal areas
o Acid wash graffiti from the walls
o Replace all windows
o Lay roof insulation
