Description

The proposal is to provide highways development management consultancy support to provide a responsive service to the Highways Development Management Team including:
• Providing timely responses to planning applications;
• Assisting in the assessment of: Technical Notes; Scoping Assessments; Transport Assessments; Transport Statements and modelling supporting these;
• Assessing the modelling requirements for MDAs;
• Assist in assessment of Major Development Areas funded through PPAs;
• Appeal/Inquiry Support;
• Assessment of reserved matters applications;
• Discharge of Condition Applications;
• Attendance at meetings with developers in relation to specific applications;
• Section 106 Negotiations;
• Provide Highways Technical Expertise at planning committees.
