Description

Window & Door Replacement Programme - Phase 2

Hillingdon Council is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to deliver (as the sole main-contractor) a programme of Window & Door Replacements over an agreed programme period for 74 occupied domestic dwellings in Hillingdon.

Works will be delivered via fixed cost contract under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract, with Contractor's Design (ICD) 2016 with amendments following a single-stage open procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Under the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a supplier questionnaire and its associated appendices and provide a fixed price for completing the programme. The proposed contract will be for a period of 12 weeks and must be completed by 31st March 2021.
