Description

CAA is looking to consolidate its Staff Benefits and Recognition contracts, with the aim being to contract with one supplier who can provide all requirements.

The requirement is a platform/(s) which will enable CAA colleagues to:

•View and purchase/select of a range of colleague purchased benefits/ high street offers and company paid benefits.
•See the value of our employment proposition via a Total Reward Statement.
•Nominate colleagues for a range of financial and non-financial recognition awards.

In addition to the provision of the actual platform the CAA also requires the provider to be able to provide the majority of employee purchase benefits and high street offers, whilst hosting some benefits which the CAA provide/ procure directly. This will require the provider to have relationship with other third parties.
