The maximum value of this lot is 3750000 over the initial 5 year contract period.

Lot 2 - BNSSG Patient Transport Services (PTS) for patients receiving renal dialysis - Patients travelling to/from renal dialysis treatment (including acceptance of calls for booking of these patients)
The maximum value of this lot is 72500 over the initial 5 year contract period.

Lot 3 - BNSSG Call Centre for Patient Transport Services (PTS) - A Call Centre to apply the eligibility criteria and ensure that only eligible patients are accepted for transport
The maximum value of this lot is 225000 over the initial 5 year contract period.
