A new notice, for the same contract opportunity, will be published later today with the correct access codeThe University of Leicester is seeking fee proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver the refurbishment and alternations required to create an outstanding Business Innovation Hub in an Edwardian building owned by the University.
The works entail the refurbishment and alteration of an Edwardian property into a high-end, 'statement' Business Innovation Hub to support the University's promotion of new business in Leicestershire agenda.
The Contract is due to start in March 2018 with completion by end June 2018.
