Description

This agreement will cover a Service Contract for the maintenance (both planned and reactive) of our Building Connectivity Outstation (BCO) and Building Network Outstation (BNO).

A BCO and BMO are installed at various L&Q properties across London and the South East and these provide real-time information to a monitored Dashboard (L&Q Connect).

The Building Connectivity Project (BCP) infrastructure improves L&Q's approach to managing our communal building services such as: HVAC Plant, Safety Systems, Fire Alarms and Hot & Cold-Water Pumps. The infrastructure provides L&Q with live information on faults, allowing callouts to be arranged with repairs contractors.
