Refurbishment of 8 to 14 Endcliffe Crescent, Sheffield

The project comprises the refurbishment 4no. properties to provide student accommodation. These are nrs 8-10 Endcliffe Crescent, nr. 10a Endcliffe Crescent, nr. 11 Endcliffe Crescent and nr. 12-14 Endcliffe Crescent.

The University wish to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to undertake all of the work described in the tender documents (see separate electronic documents), all as listed on Page 1 of this invitation to tender.
