Description
Wiltshire Council is seeking to commission new Housing Related Support contracts for customers who need an element of support to enable them to maintain a tenancy and live independently. The service will ensure that a person centred approach is undertaken at all times which promotes the independence of customers, the achievement of outcomes and a reduced dependency upon statutory services. The Provider(s) successful in bidding for this service will be able to ensure that customers are adequately supported and encouraged to manage their own personal affairs, and move towards independent living, and will ensure that the defined outcomes are met.
The Council is looking to award contracts for a 3 year period (with a possible extension of a further two years) during which time the development of the market will be reviewed.
