Description

Following this initial advice, the City is seeking to carry out a substantial refurbishment of the building. This would include refurbishing/reconfiguring the 4 existing floors of offices, the addition of an extra floor at 5th floor level (to include outside terrace space), subject to planning, the expansion of ground floor reception space, creation of basement facilities (including shower and cycle parking space) and the replacement of M&E services throughout the property.
