Description

The Wolfson Atmospheric Chemistry Laboratories at the University of York wish to acquire apparatus for the remote sensing, detection and quantification of exhaust gases from moving vehicles.

The Wolfson Atmospheric Chemistry Laboratories (WACL) are one of the leading university research groups of their kind in the world, studying a range of disciplines, including urban and global air pollution, stratospheric ozone depletion, climate processes, and indoor atmospheres. The distinctive strengths at York are in halogen chemistry, urban air pollution, atmospheric emissions, molecular composition of aerosols, atmospheric mechanisms, global ozone processes, and measurement technologies.
