Description

Southend-on-Sea has been selected as one of two locations in 2017 to host the Poppies: Wave installation as part of the commemorative events around the First World War.
To support the visit of the sculpture to Southend-on-Sea the Council is looking to appoint a Security Provider to provide 24 hour onsite security for the duration of the build, exhibition and breakdown.
