Description
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (hereinafter "the Authority") has a requirement for a contractor to undertake the following works:
- The expansion of existing conference rooms at the South elevation of White Water Centre incorporating existing external deck area.
- Relocation of existing office cabins to form permanent ensemble with new toilet infill unit, new exterior cladding fenced courtyard plus new covered veranda under roof.
- Existing double cabin relocated to form new wet classroom with matching exterior cladding and roof.
