Description

2.1 The construction of 2 x 2 bedroom bungalows with dormers and associated parking and external works, whilst keeping the new form in scale and context of the surrounding areas.

The Works comprise the design and construction of new homes, complete with associated drainage and services alterations, all infrastructure, external hard and soft landscaping and the like, as noted below:
