Description

Project - Conservation of the Roman Villa
Site - North Leigh Roman Villa, Witney, Oxfordshire

The works are to conserve the remains of the Roman Villa and are to include the following:
a) Provide temporary protections, access and site facilities for the duration of the works.
b) Conservation repairs to the remaining stonework including resetting of loose or unstable stone.
c) Patch repointing to failed and cementitious mortar joints.
d) Removal, repair and reforming of soft cappings to the wall heads,
e) Conservation in actions
