Description

The Council will award a 3-year contract to the successful provider, for the provision of locksmith services to support the Investment Property Management team, their customers and stakeholders including Commercial tenants, agents, landowners, Developers and City Council Client Departments, located within the Birmingham city boundary and surrounding areas.

This varied portfolio, the largest of its kind in Europe is managed by the Investment Property Management Team within Investment and Valuation Division. It is anticipated that the contract will commence week commencing 1st October 2023. The successful provider will be a skilled and experienced Locksmith(s) and have a successful track record of delivering locksmith services to customers with a similar footprint to the city, for both planned and reactive/emergency call out work.
