Description
The University requires the provision of a Solution to provide training for DMU academic staff and students on ethics and integrity issues, initially for a year, but with scope of extend the contract beyond that as set out in the ITT.
A single Contract will be awarded as a result of this procurement; there shall be no division into Lots.
Full details of the University's Requirements can be found in the Specification (Schedule 2) of the ITT.
Any Contract awarded shall be for an Initial Term of 1 year, but with the potential to extend, at the sole discretion of the University and subject to satisfactory performance of the appointed Supplier, for a further 4 (four) periods of each of 12 (twelve) months, making for a total potential Contract duration of 5 (five) years. It is anticipated that the Contract Start Date will be required to be 1st October 2021.
