Description

Halton Borough Council would like to invite tenders for the provision of housing support services at Albert House, the purpose built, single homeless hostel which is currently being developed in Widnes by local housing association Halton Housing Trust. Organisations should be suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of housing support services to single homeless people and be able to demonstrate they are capable of meeting the service specification whilst able to meet and exceed the quality standards set by the Council. It is proposed that the Contract will commence on 1st April 2015, and will run for a period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension for two (2) further periods of 12 months.
