Description
The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Psychology for a Multi-Photon Microscope.
We require an adaptable, modular microscope system for multi-photon imaging of neuronal and glial cell activity in vivo and in vitro. Experiments involving photoactivation of light sensitive channels will be performed in addition to imaging of fluorescent proteins and indicator dyes, and flash photolysis of caged compounds.
