The Council invites tenders for these works through the Open Procedure and via it's e-tendering portal. Tenders must be submitted through the portal to be considered for acceptance. Tenders received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price and 20% Quality with the latter being the subject of a number of questions that are set out in the tender documentation.
