Description

To provide a proactive approach to all security related issues throughout the juration of the project, utilising technology and a highly trained security workforce operating over three areas of expertise to achieve EK's vision. All security activities will operate via the purpose-built Security Operations Center (SOC) based at the Operation Support Centre (OSC) in Bicester where the control room supervisor supported by a team of CCTV operators will oversee and investigate all alarm activations, security breaches and protester actions. Security operatives with specific skill sets will operate at key locations along the trace managing access and egress at during operational hours reverting to traditional security duties once site operations have ceased. A dedicated mobile workforce of both first responders and K9 units will be deployed across a given geographical area completing assigned tasks and responding to all incidents including medical emergencies.
