Description
Warrington Borough Council is seeking tender applications from suitably qualified and experienced programme managers to support the development of the Warrington Together Partnership Board Supported Discharge Programme it is estimated that the work is likely to be of a twelve month duration
The Service will be the provision of a Programme Manager two days per week to support the delivery of the Warrington Together Partnership Board Supported discharge programme. The Programme will focus on Supporting discharge from Warrington and Halton Hospital reducing hospital admissions by increasing step up capacity
