Newham Council is looking for four organisations to each curate and produce the creative content of Newham Unlocked Festival in two Community Neighbourhood areas (each consisting of two or three wards) over a four-week period from mid-September to mid-October 2021. This could take the form of each organisation delivering their content each week or a mix of co-ordinated delivery.
