Description

PharmOutcomes is a web-based monitoring and claims system used by community pharmacies to record patient characteristics and activity regarding Public Health commissioned services; 1) Influenza vaccination programme for frontline employees 2) Substance misuse, supervised consumption of methadone and buprenorphine 3) Needle and syringe exchange programme 4) Pilot hepatitis C testing programme for people who inject drugs. The Council has an arrangement with Derbyshire Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC) for access to their licence agreement with Pinnacle Health LLP, to allow use of the web-based platform, PharmOutcomes.
