Description

In order to meet its obligations under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Westminster City Council (WCC) wishes to procure a specialist Asbestos Removal Contractor (ARC) to assist in the management and control of asbestos within the WCC property Portfolio.

The ARC is required to provide the following asbestos removal and remedial services as defined by the health & safety Executive Guidance HSG 47:
- Licenced removals
-Non licenced removal
- Encapsulation
- Emergency repairs / making safe

The successful bidder will be instructed by CITY WEST HOMES, the Council's ALMO to undertake the works when required.
