Description

South Derbyshire District Council (the 'Authority') is issuing this invitation to tender ('ITT') in connection with the competitive procurement for the Provision of Midway Community Centre Extension. Proposed extension to Midway Community Centre to accommodate toilets and storage areas for the existing building. Carry out works in accordance with Architectural Plans, Specifications and Details, to comply with planning permission and achieve full building regulation compliance. Suggested 12 week construction programme with a 4 week lead in.
