Description

Southend on Sea City Council are considering a range of options regarding future housing capacity in the City and are seeking an Architect Lead Team to carry out a study to explore the option of refurbishing existing residential tower blocks, upgrading them to modern standards and assessing whether they can be made Carbon Zero. The study will focus on one existing tower block in the City.
The appointment of the Architect Led Team will be under the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) Consultancy Agreement (Public Sector) (CA) 2016.
