Description

The project is to provide a working environment for R&D SMEs; to provide a large dedicated event and laboratory space, two large laboratory, collaboration workspaces, two large meeting rooms, multiple breakout areas, café, bar and outdoor terrace.
In addition there is the possibility of an optional second phase, to develop the adjoining 700m2 space of the 5th Floor, Observatory House on a Design and Build basis to create a Future Skills Hub.
