Description

Durham County Council holds the budget for the regional Integrated Care System (ICS) Prevention and Population Health Management Board, which is to be used to fund the NENC ICS Healthier and Fairer Programme Management Support. This includes the employment of support staff (project support, communications and engagement, business intelligence officers) across a range of workstreams whose duties may include: developing project plans, managing risk logs, supporting project meetings, supporting workstreams to monitor and evaluate interventions, support to the PMO function and communications and engagement activities
