Description
This requirement is for a confidential on-line self-service 360° feedback tool that works with a range of IT and mobile platforms that is compliant with the GDPR.
A comprehensive end-to-end administrative service which includes processing requests, monitoring the completion of questionnaires, production of reports. The ability to choose from multiple questionnaires (at least 7 versions) for both planned specialist development cohorts and ad-hoc individual reports to support their personal development.
Guidance materials provided to help participants get the most from their report, including guidance for the coaches or managers who support them. Technical support for users when required at normal business times.
