Description

The University has a requirement for a contractor to provide a planned maintenance / inspection service to an extensive range of Mechanical, Gas, Air and Refrigerated equipment.

Categories of equipment the successful contractor will have to maintain includes but are not limited to:
- Air Compressors
- Air Conditioning and Chillers
- Gas Fired Boilers - Commercial and Domestic
- Gas Cookers/Hobs - Domestic
- Gas Boosters
- Gas Detection Sensors
- Humidifiers/Dehumidifiers
- Local Exhaust Ventilation systems (incl. fume cupboards)
- Steam Boiler
- Controlled environment rooms
- Cold Water Booster Pumps
- LTHW/CHW Pressurisation sets and expansion vessels
