Description

Leicester City Council's Housing Department is to undertake the tender for the demolition of Goscote House in the Leicester City Centre. The Contractor's are to identify a methodology strategy specifically for the demolition and site clearance of Goscote House, setting out the optimum balance of risk, cost certainty, control and quality for the unique requirements of the site and surrounding areas.
Goscote House demolition is to be undertaken as a two-stage scored tender, utilising a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 with contract amendments
