Description

Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete refurbishment works on one of their properties 28 Milestone Meadow. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;

• Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations
• Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property
• General building works
• Associated external works

Site Visits
All bidders must attend site before tendering.

Site visits will be organised for Wednesday 27th March 10.00 - 11.30am, due to limited space and no available parking individual appointment times will be required.

All contractors must register with Claire Christopher for an appointment and when attending site contractors must park away from the cul-de-sac and walk up.
