Description

Arts Council England are seeking a suppler to conduct a programme-level evaluation of the LIF evaluation to ensure the economic and social benefits of the fund are fully evidenced, realised and understood. The fund is an open access capital fund of £5m for 2021/22, focused on enabling library services across England to invest in a range of projects to upgrade buildings and technology so they are better placed to respond to the changing ways people are using them. The evaluation will serve as an evidence base to support and inform future funding bids and business cases for the continued investment in libraries.
